My big race (Ironman Canada) is this Sunday. If you guys want to follow along on the internet, I'm bib# 3175. We start at 7:00am PT and I expect to be done sometime after 9 pm but before 11 pm.

I'm pretty excited! I leave tomorrow in the early AM and have limited access to the internet while I'm there so I probably won't be posting much after today until I get home.
