Last Goal obtained - Normal BMI on one year VSG Surgery Anniversay

Talk about a life milestone I finally made it to a Normal BMI @ 174lbs on my one year bariatric surgery anniversary. This is the weight I was at when I graduated from Cross Keys in 1968 and went into the USMC. Now if I can just stabilize, while my body's metabilism resets itself. I also went to Six Flags last night and rode the Cyclone, Mind Bender and Batman Roller Coasters for the first time in 20-30 years.

Wow.... Great one year !!!!

You can stabilize/reset/maintain !!!!

You know how to lose the weight..... Maintenance is just a few little adjustments here and there....

You now have the knowledge and the tool for long term success !!!

Wow!  That is really fantastic.  A giant congratulations to you.

If you have the willpower and resolve to do what you've just accomplished, you will be able to continue forward into successful maintenance.

Congratulations!  What a huge accomplishment.  Post us some pictures, we all like peeking .  You'll do just fine on maintenance.  You're an encouragement to all of us!

That's wonderful, congratulations! Welcome to maintenance...just do pretty much what you've been doing and you'll stabilize just find. (Don't be surprised if you drop a bit more weight first!)

 congratulations!  that sounds like fun, I wonder if I would still like rides - it's been a long time!!

I think I might take care NOT to eat first!

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
