Yep, it was dumb :-)
Thanks for y'all's input about the fruit / veggie / nuts & seeds thing I was trying. It was a loser overall, but it was an interesting experiment. 'Course I didn't stick with it long enough to really tell ... but all that fruit sugar swirling around my innards just wasn't working! I lasted two days, heh heh.
I still plan to finish up the fruits and veggies I bought and stick with the "more fruits and veg" thing, but I've got to have more protein. When I added back my half-an-egg-and-cheese omelet in the morning, I felt lots better.
A gal never knows how something will wor****il she tries And I had to try something more drastic than "cut out the crap food." That just wasn't interesting / different enough for me to keep on with it, because I've tried that a billion gazillion times before!!
Thanks again for your words of wisdom on the subject. I love y'all's guts!!

Dorothy, I think it is EXCELLENT that you are trying out stuff: don't be calling it dumb. I mean it, dumb would be sticking with what doesn't work or never trying something new!
once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
PM me if you are interested in either of these.
