You might change some of your protein items to more dense protein. remember how filling that was in the early phases. I eat GY for breakfast a lot as it is high in protein but it doesn't "stick" with me for a long time and I find I am hungry fairly soon. I bet the same is true with protein drinks. So chunks of  chicken or tuna or beef jerky and maybe some raw veggies for the fiber might make you feel more full. you are certainly getting enough protein in.   Diane

Yes, I remember dense protein.  I haven't done that for quite some time.  But, that's all going to change, or I should say changing.
Thanks for posting!

Diane,
This is my 2nd day of getting back on track & i am hungry too. Going thru sugar & carb detox sucks!! Guess i would need to track my food but never have done it before; Anyone have some yummy recipes?

Today is much better than yesterday and even better now that I'm logging food and staying away from crazy night time eating.  Mini-Me suggested broth....it sure helped me yesterday.  I just came from a funeral and the after party had everything you can imagine.  I had most of it including a small bite of a brownie and a very small piece of carrot cake.  So, tonight it's gonna be broth which helped to keep the cereal monster quite quiet yesterday.  Thanks for sharing!!

Wow....amazingly not hungry now that I'm not eating the crappy food I was eating......

Note to self:  This thing works if we work it!
