127 lbs today and I'm happy about that 1 pound gain! YAY!
I'm on a protein eating mission. For the last few days I've eaten fish for lunch & dinner. My boyfriend caught lots of fish so I vacuum packed lots of filets and am having them every way possible.
I'm doing the protein thing cuz I'm having plastics next month and want to make sure I'm beyond super healthy and heal quickly.
Well, It's month 10 and the first month where I didn't lose a dang thing.
Started the month at 155 and today I'm 155.5. Blerg.
I have started to exercise (Bikram 5-6 days a week, been about 3 weeks doing this in addition to my normal 1-2 miles of walking) so hopefully that's the reason why the scale didn't move this month. I really hate to think that I'm done here.
