Daily Maintenance Weigh-In for Sunday Aug 7th

Good Sunday Morning everyone. This is a day that the LORD has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it!  Time to weigh in!  Hope you all have a wonderful day

Today I weighed 121.9 lbs. so I seem to be holding my own.

Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.

125.8...My range is 125-130 so I'm VERY ok with 125.8!

Thanks, very surprised especially with how i ate. Think my body found it's sweet spot

105 today.  This is fine with me since I just got through celebrating my birthday and anniversary.  It's been a few weeks filled with going out to restaurants.  To weigh 105 at the end of it, is great!

118 feeling good. Did four hours of heavy duty gardening yesterday including lifting concrete blocks. no pain today. woo hoo, being thin sure feels good. Diane
