I can stay on my feet walking for 6 or 7 hours...like when shopping all day : )  Used to be I could only last an hour or so before needing to take a load off.

I love that I have so much more energy.
We went shopping for about 4 hours yesterday and I didn't have to rest once.
I don't need to take naps.
I can get by on less sleep and still function normally.
I save money on food.
I love to exercise
Shopping in thrift shops
Buying clothes off the rack and knowing they will fit

What a wonderful topic idea this is a great night for gratitude.....Now I can:
*casually go for a walk without needing to take 800mg of Ibuprofen 20 min before
*talk with a friend while going on the walk
*wear cheap or cute shoes...no more need for super supportive uglies I can wear anything and walk a mile or two while doing it.
*actually do the things my son wants me to: run, jump, cartwheel etc
*walk into a room with people I haven't seen in years and enjoy their company rather than hope to distract them from my weight.
*sip a drink for an hour or two rather than chug and wish I brought more.
*walk into a temperature change without sweating, no more "are you OK?" because people think I am in shock or something
*crossing my legs - hell I can even do that coy thing where you tuck an ankle behind your calf I could never DREAM of that before.
*walk into almost any store at the mall and buy something that fits...more importantly not feel stupid for walking in like everyone will be thinking "what the heck is SHE doing in here?" - Lane Bryant you served me well but I will never again cross your threshold.
*doing multiple things per day - my weekends feel so long now because I can cram so much into them.
*have my husband wrap his arms all the way around me and additionally do some pretty fancy moves in the boudoir!
*buy cute underwear
Man I love my sleeve and all the opportunities it has helped me with!

Tying my shoes without the feeling out holding my breath.
- Buying clothes at a normal shop
- I don't snore anymore.
- running a mile and two when i am not tired
- now sweating after a shower
- being able to bend over in a standing position to pick up something on the floor
- running after my grandchild

The list could go on and on.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

1.  I can cross my legs without using my hands and they stay  crossed all by themselves!
2.  I can shave my legs and it doesn't take all night.
3.  I can walk a lot more and farther than before but not as much as I want to due to my pitiful feet.
4.  I can get out of my chair without a big strain and having to lift myself by my arms.
5.  At church I can get up and down from my seat when instructed to do so without having to push myself up on the seats next to me....which means I had to wiat till the occupants of those seats stood up so I could use them.
6.  I can buy most of my clothes in the ladies dept instead of the womens dept.
7.  I can look in a mirror and tell myself I am worthy of a better life and mean it.

Great topic Diane!

Tuck a shirt in my size 6 jeans and wear a belt
Work in the yard all day, could only work about an hour max before
Play with my grandson, actually running around the yard with him
More energy!
Cross my legs
Walk 1.75 miles in 30 minutes - and talk while walking
Prepare Sunday dinner for up to 15 friends and my feet don't hurt!
I could go on and on.

Thanks Diane

All the amazing things that everyone said already, plus:

Go on grand adventures to exotic locations and enjoy them 'cause I'm now able to hike, scuba dive, walk on rope bridges, fly in small planes, fit in cars, planes, turnstiles, etc., without a second thought.

Related to the above, travel to exotic locations and be relatively invisible.  (For example, when I used to travel to Asia I stood out so much - every single person I passed would comment.  And worst of all... people would come and take my photo without my permission.  It was very hurtful.)

Take a role in the community theater presentation of Wicked - meaning that I will be singing and dancing on stage and (hopefully) not be feeling horribly self conscious.

 Ohhhhh...

- run regularly, go to an endurance spinning class, take an athletic conditioning class, XC skiing,          rollerblading....
- have sales people suggest I need a smaller size when trying on clothes or start by suggesting the small size
- bend over to wash the tub without requiring paramedics to get me back up
- buying, and wearing, extremely high heels
- have my husband pick me up without requiring paramedics to get him back up
- suggesting we walk places
- having Car Free weekends over the summer (only biking, blading or walking allowed)
- paying attention to how food makes me feel physically and only eating things that make me feel good physically

but a couple of big ones are:

- realizing that my loved ones love me no matter what I weigh; and
-while I am so incredibly thrilled about being thin and fit, it hasn't changed the fundamental things in my life
