Daily Maintenance Weigh-In for Saturday July 30th

 Good morning.  I'm up early today.  I had Tooth Fairy duty and now I'm getting ready for work.  Time to hop on that old task master, the scale!  How we all have great numbers!

This morning I weighed 120.8 lbs. another new low.   I've been on a downward slide this week.  I'll take it, since I know it will stop and maybe even bump up a bit.  I ate quite a bit yesterday, maybe 1400 calories.  I'm trying to up the calories to get my body back into a more normal calorie range.  I guess it's liking the change

- Looks like I lost a little more. Going to try to hold here. May be difficult this week as I'm going on another mini vacation. Summer camp with my son and the boyscouts.

126.8 again.  That's the first time I've weighed this two days in a row.  125 is in my cross hairs now.

117.5. Just had some oatmeal supplemented with pb2 and a little soy protein powder plus a tsp of honey. makes a great breakfast. Especially at noon on a saturday. Diane
