9 months out...Before and After pics!

Before 230-240 ish lbs

Now 9 months out........125 lbs, size 4/6 jeans and small shirts

5'5 HW 238 / SW 198 / GW 130 / CW 119....Goal Reached in 8 short months..

I have friends and family who walk right by me and not realize its me. It happens all the time. Its crazy. Heck, I hardly recognize myself in the mirror. lol
