Calorie intake where are you at
I have to stay at 1000 or under or I gain weight. Not much but it's the same few pounds over and over. I find that this is true whether I exercise two to three hours a day or not at all. I recently had a really bad food day (no sugar or flour) but more protein etc and had 1500 calories. That's the most calories I've eaten in 17 months. I was up 1.5 pounds the following day.
