Did you ever think your weight goal was never going to happen?

Every time my weight loss slowed down, I upped my exercise level. As a result, it all just came off without hitting any period of frustration. But, if I hadn't done that, it would have been totally different because my calories did go up gradually over time. That's just going to happen. We can't eat < 800 calories forever...
