Daily Maintenance Weigh-In for Friday July 22nd

VSG on 09/20/10 with
 Good Morning!   Wake up sleepy heads.   Time to rise and shine.  Grab a cup of joe  and let's get moving.  But first, hop on that old scale and check your numbers!

This morning I weighed 123.9 lbs. I'm happy with that.

Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost
