One year out to day.

I posted on the other site also. I am one year out and very happy.  Still trying to get to goal but I am very happy with my sleeve. Thanks to the group for all the support I get here.






My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Wow, you look sooo much younger and so happy!  Fantastic job!

Goal range:  130-135 lbs.

Some people might not support my WLS decision. 
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
