It's good to see you posting. Go back and read all the advice you were given.
What works for me is to journal my food, around 1000-1100 calories at 2 years out
Eat protein first with some veggies and fruit if room
Save treats as really treats and not something daily
Take my vitamins and hydrate
Weigh daily and stay in a three pound range
Go to weigh****chers weekly
Look in the mirror and proclaim self love even when I'm not feeling it
Find things to be grateful for
Exercise an hour a day
I have a group of WLS buddies that I walk with, go to Pilates etc. it helps to move and talk about what's honestly happening for me.
I come to OH daily to get/give support and to continue learning. I need all the help I can get and I'm not ashamed to ask for it.
I got to 2-3 real time support group meetings a month
You can do this! How smart of you to post.

Good morning,
I think you will find it easier to keep your calories lower if you eat dense protein first at each meal. I can eat 3-4 oz of meat and 4-5 oz of seafood depending on what kind. After that there is little room for anything else.
If you ate 4oz of skinless chicken breast 5x a day, you would still be at around 600 calories. This is just an example that it's about tracking and planning. Eat protein as many times a day as you get hungry. In a few days you will detox from carbs and feel more easily satisfied. At that point you may want to eat less often and add in some veggies. Hold off on other things until your weight loss is on a roll and you stop having cravings. Carbs seem to produce cravings for more carbs in many of us. Carbs are calorie dense but dont fill us up. The protein will make you thirsty and make it easier to remember to drink. Explore herbal ice tea, water with cucumber slices or lemon lime slices.
Once the scale begins to move you will feel more energized to continue. Get outside and move. Take a walk. Challenge yourself to be more physical. These are all things that help me.
Most of us have to continue working at this, even once we reach our goals.
You can do this. You already are! Keep posting.
