Ugh, I'm sorry you have to deal with this. I had vertigo, vision issues, hearing issues, etc almost two years ago. Turns out my B12 was dangerously low and I wasn't hydrated enough in the mornings. I now take monthly B12 shots and make sure to drink 16 oz before 10am. That made a world of difference. I'm sorry you have Meniere's... I'm familiar since this was one of the things they considered when diagnosing me.
For the low sodium diet, I suggest googling DASH diet. It's a low salt diet for high blood pressure patients (which is me also!). Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

When I think "low sodium", I immediately think of home prepared food. I have to be very careful with sodium because I gain so quickly. The only thing that really works for me is to prepare my foods at home so that I know what's in it. Lot's of spices to make up for the "salty" taste that's missing. I read every lable before purchasing things. The first ingredient that I look at is the sodium. Then from there it's carbs and protein.
Grilled meats are great with garlic and fresh pepper with just a touch of salt. Roasted veggies, fresh salad with olive oil and vinegar. There's also lots of lower sodium products out there but be careful because lower sodium is still way more than we need.
Salt at the table, not in the recipe because we tend to need less to have it taste good when we do it that way. At least that's what I've heard. :)
