Daily Maintenance Weigh-In for Tuesday July 19th

Mikey Mike is still on vacation, so it's just us.  Here are today's weigh in numbers.  Have a great day! 

This morning I weighed 124.1 lbs. That's up 1.2lbs from yesterday.  Don't know why, nothing off plan.  I think maybe I've reached my end here.  All's well.

 127.4 still.  I think I hit 126 for a minute a few weeks ago.  I'm beginning to think I've found my weight....I guess I'll know soon enough.  

104.2 I am happy with anything under 105.

Wow! I didn't know this forum was here! Yeah!!

I weighed 134.3 today. I am 5 pounds higher than my lowest weight that I seemed to maintain for over 1.5 years. Last six months have been hard to get back to 129. I cut out most all artificial sweetners recently and lost 3 pounds. I was up to 137 for a minute....I also stopped drinking coke zero (which I had abstained from for 1st year...I know I know...but it was that one drink that hooked me again). I had heard that artificial sweetners confused are brains. Well, lets see if it works long term :-)/
