New blog posted

Good morning,

Many of you have been following my blog.  Well after three weeks of vacation.  I am back home and back to reality.  I spent 3 days in Seattle, went on a 7 day Alaskan cruise, then flew to Montego Bay, Jamacia and spent a week there.  I am happy to report that I lost five pounds during all of this traveling.  I am now well rested.... I return to work on Monday.
