I'm wanting to make an Excel worksheet for keeping up with and comparison of my labs but before I make one, I thought I'd check to see if anyone already had one and if so, that they'd like to share. Pretty please.

Very welcome, you are!

This is an EXCELLENT product that helps you know the whys and whatnots of the labs too, if you want to make the investment (its not a huge investment for the benefit at all!)

I also use the wlsvitagarten book and love it. It is useful when I need to show my doc how things are trending, so that I can address any issues before my levels get to the pointof being clinically deficient.
