The apartment we picked- it's the #1 for everyone who talked through with me! Everything included is hea****er, electric, garbage, mowing and plowing, Internet, and cable.. So everything, lmao..

#3 didn't work out for outside reasons.. A sex offender- the only one in the whole zip (!) lives in the building..

#2.. well I twisted the numbers every which way and couldn't make it work..

We looked at a couple others yesterday too.. But in the end #1 was the best way for us to save. If you look at the pics on the link, the big room with the table in it will be our living room, the fireplace room my bedroom, and the girls will have the real bedroom.. It really is a nice apartment and a good bargain.. Thanks for all your help! We sign tomorrow and get the keys Monday!

I hear the hudson valley is beautiful. My son just made a short film up there and goes up as often as possible. (He lives in the Village and goes to NYU film school)

This area is certainly overflowing with natural beauty- I am looking at the mountains from my front porch right now... I love it most in the fall when the mountains turn into rainbows. You must be so proud of your son!

Oh you have no idea- my daughter already has plans I tell ya.. She wants to charm the gentleman into teaching her italian, and the lady into teaching me how to make fresh gnocchi! Ha ha
