Zojirushi EB-CC15 in Action

Hey those indoor grills look like a lot of fun!

I have one that I kind-of enjoy, I forget which brand, but while I like the convenience of indoor smoking grilling, the major drawback from the one I have is that it gets hot, but not hot enough to sear. How do the Zojirushis do on high heat/searing?

The other bummer about the one I have is that clean up can sure require a lot of scrubbing...

Hey....

I really don't know what to compare it to as far as heat goes..... I tend to use it on med.....or just over med. If you have seen my food pics....a lot was done on the Zoji....It marks pretty good....you have me curious now.... I think it is gonna do fine on hi......cause it marks pretty well on med.

Clean-up is not bad.... the grill is slotted.... I don't wa**** every time....just wipe it down and all the scrappings fall down the slots on to the foil lined drip pan. When I wa**** I use a nylon brush and it cleans up pretty easy. The Wolfgang Puck one I tested was a PITA.
