While I'm not in maintenance, I'm getting there and I need to be more accountable because I'm starting to stress eat lately and the scale is letting me know that isn't ok!
Surgery Date: 10/12/10
Highest Weight: 275 lbs
Consult Weight: 270 lbs
Surgery Weight: 255 lbs
Goal Range: 140-150? 130? I'm still trying to decide. I only lost 3 lbs this month, but I think and hope it's more to do with my lax eating habits (more snacking, not bad foods necessarily, just more of them...) than my body being done losing. We'll see.

Random thoughts: My current stress is going to be the end of me. I've always reached for food for comfort and I need to break that habit.
