It's offical. I've lost a person.

Hi Vera!  You would be pretty small!  You are doing great.  I wish I had done this when I was your age.  But then I wouldn't have had VSG.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Congratulations on your "missing person" report. Hope the person stays missing.

So you now qualify for our "half yourself" club, open to those who have lost half their weight ( I am one) or also half their pants sizes (like going from a size 20 to a size 10). Bet you did that too.

You look great and slim and don't look like you need to lose any more but go for it if you want. Nice work. Diane

Thanks Diane.  Yep,  I qualify for both clubs.  Let's go clubbing!   I started in a 28 and now a 12.  I really think I could get into a 10, but I'm not going to try until the fall clothes come out and I'm ready to do some more serious shopping.

Time to get rid of the 14s.  Yippeeeee!

Yep, the half yourself club is pretty elite. Glad you are in. actually lots on this group are in it. My idea of clubbing these days is a glass of wine before a tiny dinner. Not too exciting but better than the blubber days.

Ditch those old 14's. Someone will be glad to have them.

Hope you are staying dry.   Diane

Thanks Marie.  I can actually borrow clothes from my daughter now and weigh less than my DIL.  They both just shake their heads in disbelief.  I'm loving it!

That is a fantastic picture.  Looks like fun!!!
Congratulations on being half of your former self.
My sixtieth BD also coming up in few more weeks.
Wish I had done this back when I was about 53 or 54.  Maybe the wrinkles would not have been so bad.  Still feel so much better and younger than I did, and it has totally been worth it.

Wishing you all the best, Carol
count your blessings!!!!   At goal weight.   I am 5 ft 3.

Thanks Carol.  I wish I had done it sooner too, but I'm so thankful that I've had this opportunity while I'm still young enough to enjoy life....and my grandkids.

It's hard to believe that I'm going to be 60.  Yikes!
