I'm not yet in maintenance, but I sure am close!! I have had house guests this week and have eaten out twice. I had gained 2 pounds and was really freaking out over it! But, this morning, the scale was down 2 pounds, so, I feel a little better!

Wow, I really slept in today. Those early shifts take a toll on us old folks! Anyway, this morning I weighed 121.9 lbs.
which puts a smile on my face for sure

. I think I'm gonna turn off the AC today and open the windows. Enjoy the afternoon thunderstorms
