VSG Maintenance Group
I am excited about my 1 month weight loss.
I went to the doctors on June 1st my weight than was 185. I was stalled for 2 months staying in the 180s for ever it felt like it. But with help from this group and the advise I got I started to loose weight again.
I went to the doctors today and I am 174 my pcp was so excited for me. He was more excited than I was lol. He said how can you loose 11 lbs in one month and be 1 year out I told him working out lots of water and keeping my protein up I guess and my life line group I belong to helps me out so much.
So thanks all for the advise and encouragement. Only 30 more pounds to loose than tummy tuck time.

I work out at the gym in the am. Than at night I go on a bike ride from 7 to 10 miles a night bike riding is ever day. I just upped my water and protein that is all really. I only eat 700 to 900 calories a day that is all I can fit.
I was trying to eat 1200 but it was so hard for me to do so I just eat 700 to 900 a day now and do not worrier about the 1200. They say the last 30 lbs is the slowest. Than I heard that your body likes to hang out at a weight you use to be years ago and I was always in the 180 for years and years.
i just kept pushing my self I did not want to stay in the 80s. I do not know if it is true about your body resting in a weight that you use to be. I hope someone on here can read this and tell me if this is true.
