Daily Maintenance Weigh-In for Tuesday July 5th

Good Morning.  I have to get to work early, so I'll get the ball rolling.  How'd we all do over the long weekend?

This morning I weighed 122.4 lbs. so all is well.  Still thinking 118 sounds like a good end point.  Have a great day!

104.6 all is well.  I did not eat much more over the long weekend then I do normally.  I have found lately that my eating is not really dictated by the "occasion" as by my body.  Some of the time I am just more hungry then at other times and I go with it and am learning to trust the process.  It requires that I really listen to the hunger or lack of hunger signs in my body.  When I am hungry, really hungry, I eat, otherwise I don't eat.  This is still a new concept. On special occasions I might have a bite or two of some special food but the rest of my eating is the same.  Works for me for now.

123 today. Same as yesterday. I feel like I'm getting smaller though. I expect the scale to drop in the next several days. It has been like that for the last few months. I bounce up and down with the same couple of pounds for a few weeks, then the scale drops a few pounds, and I can usually feel it in my clothes and everything before it drops. Anybody else feel like that?
