Certainly if I can release 100 lbs, I can release 12! I have the tools and the knowledge. I just have to get out of my own way. And I'm learning that I cannot do this alone. You're stuck with me!

Hang tough. Remember the reasons for doing this and how wonderful you feel! Better yet, revisit how you felt before VSG. That should be motivation enough!

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
