I may have to discontinue these in a few weeks due to other obligations, unless someone else wants to run these.

It's different each week, and sometimes we change it up based on who is on the call.  Sometimes exercise motivation and strategies, emotional eating, cooking for families while also making food for yourself, cravings, etc.

Sublimate (love the word now that I've been seeing it more), thank you for taking the time to lead the call.  I had to skip out early but really got so much out of it.  I love what you said about speaking up for ourselves concerning what our needs are.  Friends should want what is best for us.  If not, they are merely acquaintances.
