So this afternoon I went to K-Mart to buy a couple of toiletries and I strolled around the clothing section. Long story short - I wandered into the CHILDREN's section and tried on 2 pairs of little girl jeans, one a size 16 and the other a size 12.5 (girls plus).  They both fit and have adjustable waistbands which I need. To say I was floored would be an understatement. I haven't worn clothes from the GIRLS section since I was 11 years old. I nearly cried in the fitting room.  I used to read these same type of stories on OH and never thought I'd be having the same experience. The best part was the 3.99 & 5.99 price tags! SCORE!

I also found the cutest lil bathing suit that will hide the thighs and accomodate the tatas for now. So that settles my bathing suit dilemma. SCORE AGAIN!

Came home, opened the mailbox, received a very unexpected 100.00 check in the mail. SCORE YET AGAIN!

So my evening is on a roll and I'm smiling really big tonight. Gonna celebrate with a bbq spare rib and later with a cup of coffee & slice of cheddar cheese, lmao!

Sounds like an awesome day all around! I am having one of those myself, lol.. I gotta be honest though, my kids did NOT like when I started shopping at Justice with them! Ha ha..

I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!

Diane, that is so true. My wanting to embark on this journey has been the BIGGEST gift I ever gave myself and it's the gift that keeps giving and giving. Hugs!

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
