I had surgery in 2007 and got pregnant at the end of 2008. At that time, I had about 8 pounds left to reach goal. Fast forward to after I had my child, I lost 20 pounds by the first week after I gave birth, however I had gained 50 total. Now , almost two years later, I can not drop the extra weight. I have tried several things and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

I'd love MORE information.  Like how is your restriction?  What are the several things you've tried?  What are you currently eating?

"WLS is only for people who are ready to move past the "diet" mentality" ~Alison Brown
"WLS is not a Do-Over (repeat same mistakes = get a similar outcome.)  It is a Do-BETTER (make lifestyle changes you can continue forever.)" ~ Michele Vicara aka Eggface

I would also need more information, like are you journanling your food?  How many calories are you eating?  How much protein and how many carbs?

My restriction is still good. I can't eat more than maybe a cup of food at one sitting. My calorie intake ranges about 1200 to 1500 because I snack all day. I know I have not been eating enough protein, so I've been trying to get up to 80 grams a day. Today I had 100g. I have not been exercising consistently. From reading some of the threads, I think the culprit is not eating enough protein to keep me satisfied and avoid snacking.
