B 12 Shot. I love you...

I got my B 12 shot today and feel great! 

Can it really do that?  Or is it all in my head? 

I get a B 12 shot once a month, I recommend it to everyone! 

I was feeling very sleepy, for the past 2 weeks,  prior to the shot and wow, my energy was up today. 

Oh well, whatever it is I am happy and no longer craving chocolate.

I've heard from others how awesome they feel following a vitamin b shot.  I am considering switching over to shots and avoid daily dosing myself.

I use to take the B-12 sublingual daily, until nausea set in everytime I took it.  Yuck, could not tolerate it anymore.  I asked about the nasal spray at my PCM's office and he wasn't familiar and suggested the shot.  It's painless, my insurance pays for it, and makes me feel great.  Wish all suppliments could be injected this way.

So far my B12 levels are good so no need for extra supplementation.

I do take Ubiquitol for energy and a B complex in my Benefiber.
