I had my hormones check at the doctors they say they are fine all is good. But I notice something when I was stalled for 4 weeks I felt fine was not happy with the stall but feeling great.

now the scale is moving again and for some reason i am all over the map again with my feelings one minute I am great than I can think of something and start to feel bad again crying. this only happens when i am loosing weight. And another thing that i notice is I get cold easy when loosing weight even when it is 80 out I am cold.

My husband can tell when I am loosing by my signs this is so strange has this happened to others?
My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Hormones are stored in our fat. When we burn off the fat, the hormones get released. They dissipate eventually but in the meantime they are running around in our system causing emotional havoc.

I would get extremely cold when I was losing weight also.  I could always tell when there would be a scale drop as I was unusually cold.

Lots of us go through a "chilled" phase during weight loss. And I am still more often cold than I used to be but that is certainly due to the loss of 125 lbs of insullation.  I get hot, then cold a lot and am past the time where it should be hormonal. Lots seem to have the temperature issues and I don't know what to do about it other than always wear layers. I didn't have emotional swing but I think lots of people have. Things may level out when you are finished losing weight.  GL  Diane
