Book recommended by the shrink
He gave me a website to order a book written by a woman *****cently spoke at a bariatric seminar he attended. Here's the website:

I ordered 2 books. Dying to Change and WLS Stages of Transformation: What to Expect and How to Manage Change
Don't know if these books are any good, but he was reading the latter. Not a very big book, but he felt it was worth reading.
