A little too thin
Cashews and macadamias are much higher in fat/carbs and a great choice to put on the calories. Also some soft cheeses that you can get more in. Also I'd add coconut oil or olive oil to your foods, and sprinkle shredded cheeses on your meats.

Today I am 147 lbs. At 5' 11.5" we have the exact same BMI. I feel fantastic, in fact I even felt good 5 lbs lighter with a BMI of 19.5...
If you like the way you look and feel, enjoy it! My body is so happy here, I fluctuate between 146 - 150, but normally 147-149 lbs... it is comfortable and easy here...
When I first lost my weight I looked sooooooooo thin, but my weight has re-distributed and I don't look too thin at all...
Do what feels right for you.

well 2.5 pounds have reappeared in 3 days. So not to worry. Its all smoke and mirrors when we are talking a couple of pounds. Fortunately I didn't go eat garbage. Just 2% milk instead of skim and a little extra peanut butter. No way did I eat 9000 calories needed to gain 2.5 lbs. So funny how this all works. Anyway I feel fine. Diane
