Sorry guys, I won't be doing the conference call today.  One of my dogs had to have emergency surgery this week and I'm wiped from dealing with the crisis this week.  Hope to talk to you all next week.

Sure hope doggie is recovering. Its so rough on us when our "babies" get sick.

Wishing you the best and noticing that your ticker is moving downward.  Yay.  Diane

Thank you.. she's at home recovering and on the mend.  We do a conference call each week where folks can call in and chat.  We usually do a topic but our conversation is flexible and we talk about all sorts of things WLS related.

Hope doggie is feeling better! You've certainly been through way too much these past few months. Here's to hoping that you can catch a break...

But I do notice that the ticker is still moving down despite everything, so yay! It's a small (or not so small...) something.

Hang in there!

Thank you yes.. I must have some bad karma or something.. getting weary of all these crises.  I did take a break from trying to be too strict with my diet but then decided I was tired of stalling and wanted to see at least something positive in my life, so I started eating better so that the scale would move again.

This last week was shot because every day was dealing with a crisis with my dog, so no exercise and just eating what ever is low carb and soothing (cheese and nuts.. *sigh*).  Monday I plan on getting back on the wagon again.

Hey Sub, I too have noticed your ticker moving down.  I know it may seem slow but just keep pluggin'.  You're doing great!  Glad the doggie is doing ok.
