OT: My birthday ... and clear liquids!

Yes, friends, today is my birthday, and it is clear liquids all day because tomorrow I have a ... you guessed it ... colonoscopy! 


As I posted a week or so ago, I have developed severe anemia, and the doc wants to make sure I'm not bleeding internally.  Keep me in your thoughts and prayers, please....

Well, this is one way to make myself stay away from the birthday junk food!

First off, Happy Birthday!  It's not a great way to spend it... but you gotta do what you gotta do, right?

Good luck with your tests and I hope the docs get your problem figured out w/o too much hassle.  Best wishes & good health!

Current weight: 170 lbs.

Once I reach goal, this cow will be killed & eaten... 2 ounces at a time.

Total includes 56 lbs. lost on 2-month low carb pre-op diet.  Start date 9/13/10.

Some people might not support my WLS decision. 
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Hey happy birthday!   Too bad you have to spend it on the pot, but its important to do this body maintenance stuff. So just pretend like your birthday is in a couple of days. Heres to hoping they find no problems. And hoping your "clean out" goes well since its the worst part. GL. Diane
