Random Thoughts:
- Weekends are killing me. I think the problem is that I'm home. I eat better and on plan when I'm at work. I have to find the right balance for when I'm home Vs work. Seems like all I do now is get the weight off that I put on from the weekends. I'm still in my range but I don't like these large fluctuations in weight.

I have scale-phobia! Always have. There were years that I didn't know my weight. I won't be weighing everyday but I will on Monday morning. My all time high...148. I can do something about it. I'm going to dust off MyFitnessPal app on my iPhone and be accountable to it and you.

Don't stress it. Some do chime in once a week. Some every other day. Do what you're most comfortable with.
Here's my view on this. First of all it's an accountability tool for me. I never beat myself up about what the scale says. For example. I gained several pounds since Friday. I don't beat myself up about it. I take it in stride. Figure out what I did and I make the corrections to get back on track.
We are all human and the most important thing is when you fall off the wagon. You realize that you fell off and you get back on again.

today 118.5. thats an all time low and probably a little too low. just got back of 4 days of travel (see post on the great dog chippie). i had protein bars and cheeses and almonds and GY and such and did go eat a small entree at Panda express for dinners and had some milk and things but overall my calories and protein were a little low each day. Traveling alone with a dog its hard to go get things and was very active the whole time. So I gotta learn to watch it and get enough calories when i travel. sometimes its easier just to not eat if you are not particularly hungry. Oh well. gonna just double up on my favorite poison - peanut butter!! Diane
