I have always heard how healthy coconu****er is for hydrating but when I've seen it around it's too expensive. found this one sale, however, and I'm liking it.

probably wouldn't pay regular price for it but I might get it again if I found a deal. it tastes good, that's the thing.   on ice somea hot summer day when I've just mowed the lawn and am exhausted and parched.

I Loooooooooooooove coconu****er, but don't drink it very often cuz o' the carbs. My favorite brand is by far Zico. I'll have to try this one though as it has less sugar than the Zico. Thanks!

apparently it's good for a hangover, too. good to know.

Hydration for Overall Optimal Health

At every stage of our lives, there are times when we become dehydrated, due to illness, medication, exercise, heat, pregnancy, aging and alcohol — causing us to lose the essential electrolytes found in our bloodstream. We need to replace them regularly to prevent headaches; muscle cramping; fatigue; and to help our heart, nerves and muscles to function optimally. O.N.E. Coconu****er contains all five electrolytes found in the blood, including calcium, sodium, phosphorous, magnesium and potassium.

O.N.E. Coconu****er is refreshing and delicious, and is a nutritional powerhouse, too. It's a good beverage to consume at every stage of human growth and development. That's why Health magazine named O.N.E Coconu****er "America's Healthiest Beverage" for 2008.

There is someO.N.E. for everyO.N.E.™

It looks really good but I bet that I can't find it here in the middle of nowhere. I don't have Trader Joes or Whole Foods or anything like that. It's Walmart and that's about it.
