Something so simple, but really tasty!

2oz's bbq'd prime rib
1oz old cheddar
1/2c shredded coleslaw mix
3 red pepper rings
1 romain lettuce leaf


Needs to get a variety of plates...Boring red ones all the time!!! LOL
