Hi Janet! hope your husband is getting better. I love how you put it, that you "released" 100 pounds. me too! I just hope it didn't get attached to anybody else.

I am at goal but struggle with eating for the wrong things - like emotions - and am continually working on it.

I am so sorry to hear about your husband's accidents. Prayers for a very speedy recovery and prayers to sustain you. Please keep us posted.

Now for you!! You look fantastic!! You have done an amazing job with your sleeve. If you look back through the posts, you will see that I am in a constant struggle to stay on track. Maintenance is so much harder than losing the initial weight. You will find lots of good info on the maintenance board. It really doesn't matter which surgery you had, it seems we are all in this together.

Janet, glad you are catching this slip now! We can never be too careful. I sure hope your hubby is gonna be alright and you have to stay in good health as well. Welcome to the board!
