Peanut Butter Review

I just eat Adams 100% Natural peanut butter when I eat it which is not often. It has peanuts and very little salt. A small jar lasts me a long time.

I think if I had chocolate peanut butter in the house, I would just eat it all the time. It really sounds good....if I ever get below goal or have trouble stop losing, I might try some.

My fav is Smuckers natural.. I let it sit on the shelf for a while till the oil rises and pour it off, then stir it, a little less fat, but I like it that way.

Like you, my favorite comes in the form of a cup wrapped in orange paper.  Yummo!  But alas, I stay away from PB because I'm afraid I would lose control.  I put PB2 in my oatmeal at your suggestion so I get my fix that way.  I actually did eat a spoonful of PB on Sat. when my granddaughter was eating some on crackers.  It tasted sooooo good.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

I really like to make my own.  I just put a bunch of plain peanuts in the food processor and blend away until it is the right consistency.  The natural oils are plenty of "lube" to moisten everything up.... very yummy!  I love this on a stalk of celery with some chocolate chips on top!
