I can be deemed an "official" member of the VSGMG! ha ha ! I weighed in at 260lbs this AM!! 10 more pounds till goal...I think....I have revised it 3X already ha ha ! So thanks for all the support...and info you all give! The future's lookin' bright.....even though it's raining today!

Yeah for you Jimbo, you truly are an amazing vsger. You have done a phenominal job and you should be so proud of yourself, 10 more lbs to goal is so cool and i know you are already a very loved member of the vsgmg. Keep up the great work :o) jeani

Awesome. That's the only word that can be used to describe the success you've achieved. You're an inspiration, man.

Current weight: 170 lbs.

Once I reach goal, this cow will be killed & eaten... 2 ounces at a time.

Total includes 56 lbs. lost on 2-month low carb pre-op diet. Start date 9/13/10.

Jimbo you are awesome. Dr. C even asked me if I'd met you when we discussed the OH picnic event. I think he considers you his supreme success and you are. Such an inspiration to us all. so welcome to maintenance land. You are part of it anyway. Lose another 10 if you want - heck you are superman and can do anything! Promise you will always stay with this group. we need you. And I hope stuff worked out with your car. And phooey its raining here too. Diane
