I lol'ed at a load in your pants.

Well, hmm. I don't mind taking something to the gym to help. I'm alreayd a major dork and take a big towel for my shoulders when I do front squats, and I carry my little notebook around the gym to keep track of my lifts. What's one more thing, right? lol

Have you ever done front squats? omg brutal on shoulders!!

The gym has small exercise mats that people use for floor exercises, so I can use those for ab work.

I am 4'11" and the one time that the trainer put the bar on my shoulders, I couldn't handle it, but it was brutal on the shoulders. I may be too small to ever use it. They have a foam roller that fits over the bar, so that it is less painful on the shoulders. Actually, I see people with notebooks keeping track of lifts and reps, so I don't think you're a dork at all. My trainer also carries around a clipboard with the exercise plan for that day.

Hi Mandy,

The freshly uncovered ****yx is painful, till it toughens up. Sitting in the tub was hell...But, I also had a pilonidal cyst years ago and that was major pain when it got infected. Eveything I did, it hurt. Had it operated on and they went in 4 inches and dug all the puss and guts out of it. Once all the BID packings were done. The pain was gone until the freshly uncovered ****yx started.

Hugs

Ha Ha Ha, I've never heard of "asshat" Before, but I like it, look out husband!

After I wrote the reply, I continued to look up the padded underwear.  The market has really exploded with new products.  Like I said, I had an equestrian pair, that was like bicycle shorts.  I wonder if I still have them?  I was looking at REI again, and I see they have those black brief ones in boxer brief style.  I like that better.  But, I want to keep researching and read some reviews.  My tailbone just started hurting again recently.  It makes sense.  I am at the same weight now, as I was in 2005.

So, your tailbone hurt even when you were heavy?  Wow...and ouch!

Yep Trish! I'm not sure why. I do have a very wide frame...maybe that has something to do with it, I don't know. My pelvis/hip bones especially are really wide. If you look at me from the front, I still look kind of fat, but it's actually hard bone right below my waist. It bloowwwwws. I wanna be narrow. *pouts* lol

I have actually talked to salespeople before when perpetually trying on outfits (lulz) and mentioned that I want to lose more weight while touching my hips and they are always like, "Honey, that's bone." Then I feel like a runway model for the rest of the day. haha

I have a wide frame too Mandy...sadly I'll never be narrow hipped.  My youngest daughter is 5'8 and weighs 120 but has much more visible body fat than me...think love handles from hell...yet she's about 2 sizes smaller in jeans because she's built so narrow hipped.  Now, ribs and waist, we are about the same.  But I've got wide ass syndrome too!  All bone...

I've developed the same problem the last few months. I've always had kind of a flat ass, but now its getting much worse. I tried taking a nice bubble bath a couple months ago and couldn't even sit in the tub it hurt so bad. I have to sit off to one side on the couch or sit with one leg bent under me so it lifts my ass up. It gets embarrassing in public when I'm constantly squirming in my chair - people must think I have massive hemorrhoids :D

Suzi, the bathtub is the worst! I also have to kind of sit to the side in the tub. So much for just lounging back and resting like they do in the movies. And I squirm a lot when I sit on hard seats. I avoid wooden seats when I can. I have to practically lean forward to be comfortable on them.

Mandy, my plastic guy Dr. LoMonaco mentioned this one time and said it's just the way some people are built.  The bone just sticks out more.  I think he's removed a few but he said it's quite a tough surgery.  I do believe Lady Lithia from the main board just went through this procedure after getting injections to no avail.  I sure hope you figure this out hon.
