I know you are right. She is just worried, worried that I will lose to much weight and get unhealthy and worried that I will gain all my weight right back. I guess just plain worried. Maybe that's what mom's do. :) Thank you for that perspective.

I don't most of us realize what a big adjustment this is: major weight loss and all the behavioral changes are not something we get used to all at once. same thing with friends and family.
