Random Thoughts:
- Got a bit discouraged last week when I start putting on weight while I was on program. So this weekend I went off program. Ouch...gained even more weight. Now I have to get off a few pounds to get back in my comfort zone. Just the motivation I need to go back to the gym

This morning I weighed 125.0 lbs.  I'm good with that.

I'm 4 months out and gained a pound and a half this week, but I'm not worried. I have learned from reading the boards to be patient, stay on program and expect a few stalls and fluctuations.

Thanks to everyone at OH. Your posts really do make a difference.

My reward for staying on program and avoiding pizza last night is my 103.8 back on the scale this morning.  I love it when a plan works.  :)

I'm up .6 lbs.  I'm ok with that though, since we were away Friday through Monday.  It was a great weekend!

Hey dudes!  I'm down 4 pounds since last Monday. I'm not interested in losing weight, just maintaining and 4 pounds may not seem like a lot, but at this juncture it is. I have not lost it in a healthy way. The last 3-4 days I am just repulsed by food. The thought of eating food grosses me out. Sometimes I wish I could feel hunger again. The only good thing is I am taking my vitamins and keeping hydrated. Since I spent the day alone yesterday I got absorbed by a couple of projects I was doing around the house and didn't realize until 9:30pm that I hadn't eaten since breakfast time   No muy bueno!

I am gonna heat up some shrimp wonton soup from Costco and maybe that will make me want to eat.  


eta: this "food repulsion" happens to me occasionally and does go away.
