Whatcha eating today VSGers? Thursday May 26th

I am sooooooo not hungry.  I haven't been hungry since Tuesday.

  I had a great day today.  LauraK went to the base gym with me.  It was so easy to go in there with her by my side. I felt totally confident, and like I belonged there. Thank you Laura.  It was a beautiful gym, and I have the bug to work out again!!!!!   EXCITED!

B-Coffee
B-Attempted to drink a protein coffee, but was to full from the regular cup of Joe.  Tomorrow, I'll have protein coffee for breakfast.  I only got about 1/4 of it down.

S-4 ounces of FAGE plain

L-2 crab cakes with a squeeze of lemon

D- so not hungry, but I'm grilling steaks, so I'll try to get 3 ounces down.

I need to work on getting more protein this evening.....so not hungry.  My restriction is crazy right now.  Struggling to eat.  LauraK gave me a good idea.  She said if you need the protein and have no room in your sleeve, you can mix a scoop of protein powder with the bare minimum of liquid, so you can get it down without hurting your tummy.  Great idea.  I'll be doing that later.
