The pain! The pain! grrrrrr
As I reported yesterday, I had a bad fall the day before... 2 falls, actually, but since the first time I didn't hurt myself, I decided to repeat it! 
They were stupid MS falls, of the kind that are embarrassing to talk about and I wouldn't have mentioned them, except that in fall #2 I really hurt myself. I now sport a black and blue left arm and my right side (the side I sleep on, incidentally) hurts like the dickens. This is the third night I can't sleep becauseofthe pain and I'm wondering whether I should go to the hospital to make sureI haven't done any permanent damage.
On the other hand, last time I did that, I had to have my arm surgically set without anesthesia and the experience has turned me off on hospitals! This ****** me off, because this is just the kind of experience I was hoping losing weight would help me avoid!
Oh well... just venting here.

so sorry you are hurting. by all means get some medical help. if your arm or somehting is broken it could heal badly and be debilitating. I am struggling with a hand injury right now and its the pits. hope you can get some help. diane
