I was just wondering how you count your carbs.  I don't really track them, but it just caught my attention.  when I have just one fage, it counts as 17g carbs, yet you show only 20 for the day.  Do you count net carbs?  For example, today I'm up to 684 cals, 80g of carbs, 15g fat and 55g of protein and this is what I ate:
B protein coffee( scoop nectar capuccino, 2 oz. skim milk, 8 oz. coffee)

L 1/2 small Wendy's chili

S Pineapple slice & 4 strawberries
    a shot of esspresso

D- beet and spinach salad with lite poppy seed dressing
4.5 oz chicken breast with cranberries/ nuts

S  Mott's light juice with water

I use myfitnesspal.  Maybe it's their software?

edit to say, i guess you eat the plain one :)  (yuck !)

Hey Summer.  I use OH's nutritional tracker.  The fat free 6 ounce plain Fage yogurt has 7 grams of carbs in it.  The OH site has it correct.  The actual package says 7 grams of carbs and so does the Fage website:

http://www.fageusa.com/products/fage-total-0-percent/

Are you eating one of the flavored ones, or maybe it is wrong in your software?  I noticed the Cherry Goji has 17 grams of carbs.  I eat the plain ones and add splenda to them, sometimes I add fresh cut up strawberries or frozen blueberries.  This keeps the sugary carbs way down.

Then, because I made the crab cakes from scratch, I was able to make them super low carb.  I used almond meal in place of cracker or bread crumbs.

And yes, I only count net carbs, not the fiber.

Now that I've figured out that I need my CPAP, I'm hoping the low carbing, low calories pay off more....crossing fingers.....

Your dinner sounds incredibly delicious!!!!!!!  Yummers!

I get so mixed up at the dates! Here, "today" is May 26th and I don't remember what I ate on May 24th, so I'll just post on what I ate yesterday!! lol

B- cup of coffee + morning pills (they are so many, they are almost a meal!)

1 egg+ veggies + 1/2 oz. cheese omelette

L - 2-3 oz pork + salad + mixed veggies

D- 2-3 oz pork

Snacks - 1 cup green tea,
12 chips (I got rid of the other pack but somehow, another pack got into my groceries which I am throwing out right now! I'm chaffing at the waste!)
2 pieces bitter orange sweet.

The chips and the sweet are NOT in my diet but I admit I felt justified since I had a light dinner plus I FELL yesterday (an MS thing) and had a lot of bruises I had to deal with :(

Good news! I LOST the 2kg I had gained!! Onward now for more losses!

Amalia

Over 110 lbs lost!! (Finally!)

It's not you, it's me, I posted the wrong date for yesterday,  I changed it to the 25th,

Your food looks really healthy.  Good job on throwing out the chips.  I had to throw out almonds and a bag of cookies recently.  I'm so glad I did that!!!

So sorry you fell yesterday.  I have a friend with MS and she really suffers, really really suffers.  She goes in for infusions (her meds) it really wipes her out. MS affects evry aspect of her life, as I am sure it is the same for you..  (((((hugs))))

You are amazing!!

I keep fighting to have the will power to eat like you do, I just have this stupid carb craving thing I fight with every single day.....

I am never hungry so it should be easy if not for those evil carbs....

Congratulations again!!

Thank you for the nice comment.  Carbs are my devil.  I swear, if I eat any grains or sugar, I crave....crave.....crave.....so I've kicked them completely to the curb and am doing much better.  I did have 3 days of intense withdrawel though.
