Happy Tuesday Y'all.  I hope you are all safe from the tornado's that seem to be rockin' the USA!

B-coffee

B-3.5 ounce chicken pattie with sauteed peppers and onions, 1/4 cup refried beans, sprinkling of grated cheddar, a tiny dab of sour cream.  Yes, I need dinner at breakfast.  It's how I roll...(I didn't eat this all in one sitting.  I ate most of it, waited awhile, then finished it)

L- protein coffee made with 1/2 cup chocolate mootopia and a scoop of chocolate designer whey protein.

S- 5 brussel sprouts

D- 6 ounces of Fage yogurt

B: 4 oz Fage yogurt, 1 container baby food prunes, .5 bagel with 1T cream cheese

S: 1 oz beef jerky

L: 3 oz beef chile verde with 1/4 cup rice

I probably won't have an afternoon snack, and don't know what's for dinner yet. I've got most of my liquid in (green tea), and took my vitamins.
