B-coffee
B-ground chicken pattie with sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms, one ounce of cheese, 2 cherry tomatos
L-Protein coffee, 3 brussell sprouts
S-one gluten free ginger snap cookie (25 calories), 12 almonds. I threw away the rest of the cookies and the almonds. Apparently, I cannot be trusted.
D- 3.5 ounces Chicken tenderloin.

I've been eating a salad all day that started out as cole slaw yesterday but I added peas (because I had some) and then I added cheese (because I wanted some) and it had such sharp raw onion that I added raisins and then pineapple...
it's good, anyway, and now I'm eating an orange.
I also had about 6 cups of coffee and 2 Syntrax Nectars.
that's all I can remember.

I thought I'd start reporting here to become accountable.
B- coffee, omelette (1 egg, veggies, 0.5 oz cheese)
L-1 burger (2 oz ground beef), salad, veggies.
S- the rest 1 oz ground beef, 6 potato chips (ok, that was a cheat!)
D- planning - 2-3 oz ground beef patty, salad, veggies.
S - 1 cup green tea, 1 cup quick snack Knorr chinese soup 0.5 oz cheese.
I'm throwing out the rest of the chips!!

Hi, I love posting. It really helps with accountability. Great job throwing out the chips. I threw out the almonds and the bag of cookies last night. It was hard to do, but I don't have them tempting me now. I dumped them out so I couldn't go back in weakness and get the bag back out of the trash. A squirt of dish soap also helps keep them in the trash.
