Whatcha eating today VSGers? Monday May 23rd

I threw out the almonds and the rest of the GF ginger snaps last night....no more temptation.

B-protein coffee

S- 1/2 cup Fage, handful of blueberries, Splenda

L-2.5 ounces of chicken, 1/3 cup refried beans, sprinkling of cheddar cheese, one TBSP salsa.

D-  3 ounce chicken pattie with sauteed peppers, onion, and one mushroom.  Sprinkling of cheddar cheese

S-4 brussel sprouts (YUMMMMM)  I love brussel sprouts!

S-protein coffee

I'm in a savory food mood.

B: coffee with some vanilla latte Click, banana, 1 multigrain wasa cracker with hummus

S: a bag of lemon herb gluten-free protein chips I picked up at the WLS expo on Saturday

L: 1 multigrain wasa cracker with hummus, 1 granny smith applesauce

S: more coffee with Click

D: not sure - haven't had beef in weeks and maybe I'll have that though I could also go for BBQ ribs from the Chinese restaurant - decisions, decisions!

Whatever I have for dinner has to be high in calories though so I could have a semi-normal calorie count for the day.
